Return Policy

We hope you love your items and want you to be happy with them so we understand that a return will occasionally happen therefore we offer an easy return process. Please take your time and be careful in selecting your purchases and email us with any questions about fit and styling.  We have supplied a fit guide with every piece of clothing to help you determine the proper fit for you. We get new styles each day and will do our best in helping you to find something new if your items do not work out. ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN:

*All items must have their original tag still attached. No signs of being used, worn or washed. Items returned to us with make-up, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains and/or odor will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

Shoes must be returned in their original box in new condition. Failure to send box makes the shoes ineligible for returns.

*Flash Sale and Sale items are FINAL SALE! All items in the accessory and gift collections are FINAL SALE - Purses, Jewelry, Scarves, Glasses, Sunglasses, Key Chains, Hats. Bodysuits, Leggings and Bralettes are Final Sale. Items that are FINAL SALE are NOT eligible for return.

RETURN POLICY:

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR OUR RETURNS * Due to quick sellouts, we do not process exchanges.

Returns must be post marked within 10 days of the date you receive your shipment, no exceptions. Any returns postmarked after the date you received it will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back.

STORE CREDIT will be sent to you by email in the form of a store code and can be used for your new purchase after your return is processed and the return policy is met. Shipping Costs are Non-refundable. Please keep your tracking number once sending us the items to see if it has arrived as we do not check if returns have been received until processing the returns which can take 5-7 business days.

Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.

*Please note if we receive an item that does not fall in our Return Policy guidelines, you will be contacted and have to pay to have it returned to you. No Exceptions!

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No Exceptions! If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days the return will not be eligible for store credit.

Defective/Damaged Items Process:
 
* Take a picture of the defective item showing the damaged area and email the images to [email protected] 
* Indicate Defective or Damaged in the subject line of the email.
* Include the first and last name on your Three Wings account, order # and name of the item.
* Damaged items will not be accepted if original tag is removed or item has been worn. (See Eligible Items for return).
* You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 24 hours.
